Aaaaaah, and I bet you thought we’d be an overnight thing huh.  Dudes there’s more chance of bin laden being caught than us going that easily.   We are on our last legs with this server though but hey wtf, lets post til the last breath.  We’ll get a host in Lithuania or something then.

Anywho, we’ve had quite a few comments and even more e-mails on that prima donna calling himself Crazy_Rob, more like Lazy_Knob if you ask us, as he does shit but bask in the glory of being a so called admin of what has fast grown to be the laughing stock of the SEO world.   We tracked him down to a recent SEO meet where he was practicing his party trick, pretty much says it all.

Get your head out Rob

Now, we always knew that Rob was self confident to the lines of being the leader of the cyber bullies using his power of the keyboard to ban anyone who dares question him, but now you have it in black and white, we caught him by surprise practicing what he does best, shoving his head up his ass!

I’m simply glad to have found this blog! What you’ve said is absolutely bang. Personally speaking, the biggest shit I find on DP is the crappy moderators (or Goderators as you call them :D)..there is only one guy who does his job honestly there, and thats Smryl.   Others are just idiots. Razy Cob (pun intended) is the biggest pimp cum wimp I have ever come across..

Just see this thread where he’s bullying an honest and innocent member:

http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=425378

Robby boy doesn’t know a shot about what’s happening in the internet world (wat noob would call a mediafire download link an affiliate link!). Amazingly, this bullynooby is the admin of Digital Point Forums.

No wonder, DP is going to the dogs.

Well we might be in the death throws of our hosting package as it seems we’re not wanted after all but fuck we won’t be going quietly.   Since our inception we’ve seen a thousand banned and a shit load of bullies come out of the woodwork that just ain’t to be the right thing to do.  We can see through the bullshit (hey we can swear witohut getting banned) and can see who the conductors of the DP forum are.

One you just have to mention is this dude going by  robjones.  Congratulations oh paranoid one, you’ve even beaten assholes like an0n as our number one hall of famer.  Now we don’t know whether its for the property market being as low as a rattlesnakes belly or whether you make more money sucking up to the two directories you claim not to work for, but hey, what they hell, we’ve gven you our first award. (In the post).

C’mon dude your making 5 + 5 turn into 603!  We watched all this shit that’s gone on in DP and you know what, you came trumps with all the scoring of the ‘tell teacher’.  You think every fucker is someone else and that someone esle is everyone else.  Whoah, that’s heavy dude even for me trippin on a crop of skunk.  Imagine if I was white I’d say to you..  ‘I am who I am‘, but I’m not and thus ‘I is who I is‘ .

Keep harpin about everybody being everybody dude, your making yourself look like a prime candidate for shooting down.  You come out with this bullshit in your blog An Electorate Gets the Representation They Deserve? Uh-ohhh Now where does your presence stand in the directory area of the DP forum?  Remind us dude as we just see you as a prime candidate for shitstirrer of the month.  Who the fuck would buy a house of a limp buscuit like you?  No wonder your own house (website) isn’t in order, your too busy with you nose up other people’s asses to concentrate on your own.

We’d say we got your number but you’d end up saying we wre the ones’ who gave you this so called bullshit bogus call you loser.  Crikey, if we were as paranoid as you we’s swear you were the West Indies Cricket unpire Clive Lloyd, but we ain’t and you ain’t.

I kind had a eureka moment today when skimming the DP forums and noticed a common denominator.   Most, if not all of the antagonists who give many members a hard time have no real hope of any livelyhood, or at least seem to be failures in their fields.   I looked at a few threads in particular as they were the ones where loads of people seem to have been banned for being the same person, whoah the paranoia man.  (We’ll talk on that another time).

I wish I had one of those.

Not one of them has anything to call a real income! They can’t do, otherwise they wouldn’t have time to post on there as much as they do? For fuck sake dudes deal with it, if someone has more than you but doesn’t boast about it then we all should be patting them on the back not attacking them but I kinda guess most of you can’t deal with that and that’s pretty sad shit. You couldn’t make it more apparent that your all suffering from green eyed monster syndrome if you all had it tattooed on your heads.

Saying that there is actually one asshole that has an avatar of a green man so I figure that at least he’s being open about being jealous even if he doesn’t realize it, although I seriously doubt he has the muscles on show, I probably have more muscles in my nutsacks.

Ah well, it looks like we might be on the move after less than a week or so on our hosts because the assholes at Digital Point worked out that because we happened to be on the same servers as someone with the same name as enemy number one for the tax dodging superstars that frequent certain areas of DP on a paid per post basis our position is that we don’t want this co-incidence, which is all it was, to take away from the fact that we’re totally independent of anyone.

Our hosts have said stay and that they love us, and the fact we’re standing up to the bullshit that goes on at DP, and provided as long as everything we say can be backed up, (which of course it can) then we’re welcome to stay.   We don’t know though, what with the owner of phpLynx ← God of free directory scripts selling up as a result of the constant bullying by the IRS tax dodgers (not for long), we think our own dedicated servers might be the best move, because after all, we’re not going anywhere on the grand scheme of things, we have too much to do and too many people to take the piss out of.

We’ll see though, after all, they have a point, its just a co-incidence that one banned member told a whole lot of other banned members that they could use their servers to voice their opinion.   Maybe we shouldn’t bow to the bully boys of never never land at DP, perhaps we should stay put, for after all none of them are anybodies over there anyways.

Watch this space everyone, there’s plenty more to come, and who knows, the next in-depth analysis could just be with you as the subject matter!  And with our membership at the shitpit still in tact we’ve having fun.

Don’t you just love it, they’ve spent the last 72 hours or so on a panic banning spree based on the ‘style of writing‘ of some people saying its all one person.  If that’s the case why the hell pick on poor Jaboora as one of them, he’s a freakin Indian.   You still ain’t got me though and I’m betting you have no chance whatsoever of knowing who any of us are.  You might think you do but truly you don’t, you can trust us on that one.

Later!

Much fighting about who owns the best directory.  When you don’t agree with the membership, you get trashed with a vengeance and the ‘red rep bunch’ cane you bad!

It’s okay if you can stand up for yourself, because boy do you need to.

They claim to be one of the best forums on the Internet, many of the members claim to be leading directory owners yet when it comes to the reality of it all most on there have the mentality of the immature 16 year old or younger cyberspace bully.

Or are they gonna tell me that this kind of activity is condoned as acceptable behavior for its members?  You tell me.

Of course this anonymous ‘repping’ is just that, faceless little shits who were probably left sitting on the bubble gum covered benches at the proms watching the rest of the world pass them by.   You can tell by the way some of them ‘keyboard speak’ that they’re barely out of their diapers and probably still get told by their moms to eat all their greens before leaving the table. This isn’t a criticism by the way, everyone is entitled to have a go at earning a living but when they get to the desperation stage that kinda does it for me.

DP Member undergoing training

They sit behind their little keyboards frantically typing as fast as they can in the chase for that extra dollar to prop up their allowance and don’t give a damn for the consequences. Gone are the days when kids used to play computer games, now its more likely to see them playing at being an ‘Industry leaders’ with networks of directories, grand design companies, web hosting firms with more servers than the US Open, but in truth most of them a full of shit, and that’s not taking in account the shit in their diapers.

Wooot, what a scream dudes, my first hour on the DP forum and I get them panicking like a whole lot of chickens with a coyote on the prowl.   One dude came on who actually had a level of respect for what I aimed to do, so to you Event_King, (your sure famous now), your on digital pointless as being one of just a few who hang out in the directories area of the DP forum that has some sense, maybe that dude Mikey1090, he seemed to be ok as well, the rest, Wow!, that’s easier than I figured as they went on the attack from the gun, worse, it seemed to be a ‘co-ordinated’ attack which did me a favor, it showed me who the bullies are on there and who has things to hide, too easy.

Come on guys, you jumped on me like a well oiled group of cult worshipers who are programed to attack as the best form of defense, some tried to turn into baby Perry Mason’s diverting away from directory reviews which is what I aim to do, instead trying to spit out crap about copyright infringement.  Heeeeeeeellooooo, we’re not copying shit, this is a blog taking the piss out of DP in the hope it will wake up and get its act together, DP is a forum that takes the piss out of itself.  Quit running around like a bunch of paranoid IRS dodgers doing everything you can to try and divert attention to your shady ways and it won’t give me reason to go for you like a heat seeking missile.

Work with me not against me is the best thing, going the first way will put you smack bang on my hit-list and that might not be a good idea.

Come on you lot, its like hitting a brick wall with a rubber mallet with some people!   A DP member going by the tag of Jaboora, (who knows if its his real name, who cares) posted about us setting up our blog and would you believe it, finally someone twigged that we’re all banned members of DP.  I wet myself reading these two chestnuts, and just had to quote them here.

first came Einstein, the genius who figured out we’re posting here because we can’t speak our mind on DP coz we’re banned. Note the mastery of the English language, and I’m getting the vibe from this one that he’s kinda liking DP?

“Well just ignore them and it is good to see someone do blogging about DP. DP members know DP is best and no other site is better then DP. Those are may be DP’s Banned peoples who making useless blogs. I wonder if I would see that blog more than 1 year in Active mode.”

then just as I wiped the tears from my now red eyes another beauty posts an equally award winning post.

“Already there was a thread discussing about the dp clone. Just copying the dp in the layout and design alone will not make it popular. They just want to skim some traffic from dp by writing offensive posts about the dp and its mods. Keep your cool and everything will be okay.”

What’s the bets we’ll still be here in a years time, and to let you know why we’re gonna tell you a story about why digital pointless came to being…

Once upon a time there was this bunch of budding entrepreneurs who found a forum called digital point.  Glancing at the membership numbers (then in the 10,000’s) it was sure to be ‘the‘ forum to be on, it was a sure fire place for people to make money and perhaps some friends along the way.  For a couple of years all was hunky dory with the forum, many a post was made, many a friend was found.  Some of us earned more than others but hell, it wasn’t all about that, it was about taking part which counted. Sadly that wasn’t to last, the forum where everyone knew everyone, and everyone pretty much respected everyone started to change for the worse.

A new breed of member came along, people who knew no bounds, and respected nothing more than the color green being the US Dollar.  Posts became monotonous and duplicitous, and the use of pm’s became the secret weapon as groups were formed.  Reputations of a select band of members quickly grew and was used as weapons to shut up anyone who dared question the infinite wisdom of the ‘established member’.  (I have to confess to being one of those with 9 green blobs so was a ‘power tripper’ but never felt the need to abuse this.  Others did though and and it made many of us cringe as we watched the noob (Newcomer) get crucified by the ‘elite’ for daring to step out of line.

If anyone dared speak their minds, chose something they weren’t supposed to choose, buy from someone they weren’t supposed to buy from and so on that was it, they were quickly the victims of cyberspace-bullying. Where once you’d feel comfort in the fact that a moderator was at hand to sort things out if things started to get out of hand, even this changed, it was as if they were showing favoritism, or, if you believe many of the rumors, there was even the odd piece of silver greasing the palms of the moderators as member by member got banned inexplicably and without redress.

Anonymity prevented an ‘appeal’ to the moderator, and even if you managed to get through to one you’d invariably be met with the excuse, ‘I never banned you and I can’t force the mod who did ban you to overturn his decision’.   Power became addictive to the moderators and many, (not all) started to abuse that power by banning anyone they felt like and for no reason other than the fact they could.  Or again you can go for the grand conspiracy theory that a few were getting a few greenbacks thrown their way for ‘doing a favor’ by banning the nuisance poster.

You have to see me to ban me!

You have to see me to ban me!

Now I’m going to confess that unlike my other co-founders of Digital Pointless I’m actually still a member of DP and haven’t been banned; and as much as this is going to come as a surprise to those in DP land they just haven’t got a clue who I am and probably never will. So why am I part of Digital Pointless?  Well that’s obvious ins’t it?   I could never post what I wanted to without facing the inevitable ban, one word in the wrong direction and I’m out no matter how many thousands of posts and green reps I have.  Why?  Because unlike the new breed of idiot that post at DP I won’t kiss the ass of the moderator, nor will I condemn for the sake of condemning.

I’m staying at DP as long as I humanly can and to be honest it’s quite funny seeing the obvious panic where everyone seems to be getting banned just for farting these days.  They claim they’re trying to clean the place up and put in ‘rules’ to help better moderate the place.  A bit like closing the stable after the horse has bolted its too late, Digital Point is quickly losing any credibility it had, and with the continued tide of like-minded new-breeds coming in chasing the fast buck its become a place of farce.

So, the story goes on…

As long as DP remains in the fashion it does so will blogs like this that are nothing more than fact based platforms for people who wanted to voice their opinion can do so without the fear of getting banned or red-repped by their peers. This place isn’t for flaming, it wasn’t set up to deliberately and maliciously attack DP for the sake of it, the reason this place was set up was to stand up to the faceless idiots on DP who’ve turned what could have been a good platform for all levels into a jungle where you just don’t know when or who is going to ambush you.

Here we’ll post nothing we can’t back up, we’ll post facts, we’ll post things you might not want to hear, but that won’t stop us, we’re determined to give the goderators, madministrators, and outright asshole members a taste of their own medicine.  We’re going to make them victims of their own circumstance and won’t be holding back.   The bullied are fighting back and this is the neutral territory where its going to take place.  We’ll be posting every day, and unlike the chestnut above suggested, we’re not going anywhere and you just never know who we’ll pick on so reading this every day might just be a good idea because it just might be you.

Remember you got to catch me to ban me.

From being a poster there and watching the political and religion forums, I can say that the people who post there with any amount of seriousness about one religion being evil is an absolute moron.  Why does Digital Point even want or need this kind of an area in the first place?  Isn’t it pointless to open up a grounds for nothing more than trolling or flamebaiting?  Or is it because they like the activity…

With this comes their own kind of organized background syndicates, the ones who view the same things in the same ways, and usually have a leader who they suck up to and protect.  They enforce their views by red-rep parties, and bully others.  It’s a forum.  Well, these groups often identify themselves one way or another, and then usually gain new blood by newbies who see them as “zomg powurfelz!” by just their rep rating alone.

If DigitalPoint had a point, perhaps it would stick to just iTrader, a small off topic, and kept the business theme.  The underground forum (although useless) is a great place to post bull-you know what.  Why not at least move those unsavory forums there, so that random people don’t attack the site again?  I don’t know.  Maybe there wasn’t even really an attack.

Another of these dynamic and oh-so fascinating groups are the phpBB, vBulletin, SMF, and lesser software supporters.  I’ll be frank and say that yes, I am a rabid phpBB supporter.  However, the usual thing I see from both sides involve no real fact based arguments, and in fact seem to form another rep-party kind of syndicate.  The most common pro-argument is “Well it’s free!” or “I paid for it!”.  Let me de-construct the latter - just because you pay for something doesn’t mean it is good.  In fact, you paid for it, and you feel obligated to defend it so you don’t feel like you were ripped off.  New argument please.  Now to those who say it is free, just because it is free, doesn’t mean its great.  In fact, I could get a lot of free things that are broken.  However, with real things that are broken, I can fix them.  I cannot (but I am sure some can) fix a whole bloody forum.

The insipid arguments, the waste of time, the brain drain, its all going to catch up to these pointless forums one day or another.  I’ll sit and continue to watch, offering of course my own services as a content writer, and also poking fun at people in the Religun and Politikal forumz so that my signature links get more exposure - but more importantly so that I can attempt to point out the flaw of even caring about the mundane, when this is supposedly a webmaster site.

If digitalpoint wanted to have a point - it would remove off topic, and create a new subdomain just for the utter pointlessness of crap talking.  Alas, I see that as not happening as both would not nearly be as active or money generating as one massive cluster—- of a forum.

Oh, and I found this blog through DP itself due to people whining about it.  Congratulations DP members!  You’re giving this blog exposure!  Oh, and I hope no one minds if I plug my own sites as a form of shameless advertising.
